How does bedsmade tailor the sheets to fit my mattress?
Bedsmade is the first brand that takes into account your specific mattress depth to create a fitted sheet that is the perfect fit for your mattress, and a top sheet with a unique structure that slides over the end of the mattress, holding it in line and in place. The bedsmade sheet sets come in five different sizes to match the thickness of your mattress.
How do I correctly measure my mattress?
With a tape measure or ruler, measure from the very bottom of your mattress to the top of your mattress. It's important to make sure you include in the measurement any layers that you want your sheets to cover, including comfort layers, mattress protectors or mattress toppers. Need more help? I usually size up or down when buying sheets, do I need to remove or add extra centimetres to my mattress measurement?
Not at all. If you usually size up or down when buying sheets, bedsmade is designed to eliminate the guesswork. With your mattress measurements, the fitted sheet and top sheet are tailored to your needs.
What if I am in between the sizes listed on the website?
In some cases, we won’t have your exact measurements. If your measurement is in between our sizes, we recommend sizing UP to the closest option.

Do the sheet sets come in other thread counts or materials?
We've consciously crafted our sheets in 400 thread count 100% organic cotton because of its incredible softness, breathability, and durability - and we're committed to ensuring bedsmade reduces its environmental footprint.
Do the sheet sets come in other colours?
Currently, we only produce white sheets, to fully live and breathe that luxury hotel experience.. Keen on another colour? Get signed up to our newsletter to keep track of our new releases and updates. You never know, you might see them soon.
Returns + refunds + Recycle
What is your returns policy?
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within Australia. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Sheets must be unused and returned in their original packaging
• Sheets must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5 days of receipt at our warehouse.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, do you exchange?
If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange:
• Sheets must be unused and returned in their original packaging
• Sheets must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Send us a message at support@bedsmade.com.au and we'll supply an Australia Post 'postage paid' number so you can return the item to us.
What if I received a faulty item?
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@bedsmade.com.au for a replacement.
